Episode 30: Nurturing the nurturer with Jeanette

In this episode, we talk to Jeannete Raletooane-Delaney who is a mom of 2 and so passionate about self-care for the genie nurturers.
We talk about how it is so easy to neglect ourselves for the genies and how that impact the overall well-being of the family.
Jeannete is an artist, adventurous, spontaneous and a lover of life. If she had to choose one lesson that she has taken away as a golden winner thus far, the one that really rises above the rest is the importance of Holistic Wellness.
Jeannete knows there are just so many layers to those two words but, personally, it means to completely, intentionally, consciously love herself.
It means to choose herself each and every single day in her best and worst moments. It all starts with love. Once you get that right Jeannete believes you also accept yourself completely.
If she chooses herself and chooses to love herself then, she will prioritize herself with ease and guilt-free, prioritize self-care and actually give herself the time of day and all the grace she needs.
One step at a time.

She is an International Human Design and Gene Keys Coach and Reader and a Creator of numerous online courses on Human Design, meditation, trauma healing, and fairy-tale therapy.
Amara is a Practicing psychologist, hypnotherapist, regression specialist and Gives sessions in the Osho International Meditation Resort in Pune (India), the largest meditation center in the world.
Amara is also The host of the "Happiness 101" podcast.

Neo’s vision is to hold space for genies (kids between the ages of four and 10 years old) while they nurture and preserve their own innocence.

Episode 27: How to reparent the inner genie with Lindiwe

In this episode, we become practical linking the episode by Marilu Gabba on reparenting the inner genie and exploring what that looks like in real life.
Precious Lindiwe Nthibogelang, a certified Self Discovery and Development Coach and NLP Practitioner, whose purpose is to help ambitious soul-driven women discover their purpose, reconnect to their highest selves and finally step into their dream job with confidence and ease.
She holds a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Analysis and Management from the University of Pretoria and is also a member of COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa) since February 2021.
Throughout her life, she has always been the go-to person whenever people need guidance, coaching or mentoring and in 2019 and accepted her call and passion to serve and opened up a coaching business Lindiwe Coaching and Development (Pty) Ltd.

Khanyi qualified with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Gonzaga University in Spokane Washington in 1996 and completed a PGCE (University of the Witwatersrand) in 2016.
She had a varied career, starting off as a credit analyst at Investec (1998) to finally being the Head of Investor Relations at Eskom (2006).
Khanyi has a passion for education and is particularly keen to see social and emotional learning being introduced in the foundation phase of schooling.
She is also passionate about using education to promote opportunity and reduce inequality.

My name is Damaris Igwegbe (nee Modipa) (I have always wanted to use the prefix nee in my name for as long as I was a reader of novels 🤣🤣).
I am a lover of humans, a lover of life and a lover of words. I am an avid reader and I love to write.
I am professionally trained and hold a degree in Analytical Chemistry and I am a former Chemical Laboratory manager in one of the big Petrochemical companies in South Africa.
I exited corporate to pursue entrepreneurship. And this journey keeps evolving. It started off as a co-founder of an e-commerce and retail business and later a restaurant owner.
I am currently the Head Coach for Dama Unleash, a coaching and services practice. This year marks the 4th full year of home educating my two children.
The world of home educating my own children has afforded me the opportunity to unlearn a lot of my conditioning and beliefs where parenting is concerned and it has beautifully supported my ambition for conscious parenting.
I offer private life coaching on a one-on-one basis. I also host a weekly newsletter where I share Self-mastery tools through conversations and what I have learned in my journey of life.

She tells us about how she came about naming her son and that Kai at the time represented deep meanings in different religions and cultures.
